If you never turn on an online feature, Prai never sends your personal content anywhere. You can even reset everything from inside the app in one tap.
What's optional and online — stated plainly
Some features only make sense connected — an account you can sign back into, or a congregation praying together. When you choose to use them, here's what that involves:
- Accounts — if you create one, we store a username (or email) and a securely hashed PIN/password so you can sign in again. That's it.
- Consent record — when you accept the terms, we keep a dated record of that acceptance, including the approximate region derived from your connection, to honor privacy law. This is disclosed at the moment you accept.
- Congregation features — anything you share with a church group is shared on purpose, by you.
These are clearly labeled in the app, and the private core never requires them. We practice what we preach: even our website analytics count visits only, with no personal profile.
